Fold-back from the 1.14.3 rotation (the skill's first full run): CP1's expectation was written as 'all green' for the 1.14.2-era fixtures, but the identity guard (expectPinnedVersion) intercepts before contract assertions — so the honest expectation is 'identity-guard reds only, zero contract failures', with the post-rotation rerun as the final verdict. Also codifies the red-cause classification discipline: an identity red is the plan's own pending step, not an upstream regression.
Observed live during update-openspec-cli-1143 (7 identity reds at the exact fixed point, zero contract failures, all green after rotation); review write-back from Codex Round-C.
