Getting support for using draw.io desktop

• You can post a new question to our Google Group. The pinned post at the top of the Group explains how you can post without having a Google account.
• If your problem involves sensitive data that you cannot post publicly, we will explain the process for sending that to us in our answer.
• If your issue is a technical bug or a feature request, the best place for those is the issue tracker on this project.
