toggle-function for the time unit for ruler

Most of the users use
minutes:seconds
or
measures.beats
for the time unit for ruler.
What about a function that toggles these every time it is executed?
advantage:
if a shortcut is assigned, user can switch very fast from minutes:seconds to measures.beats without walking through the menus, especially useful for beginners.
The "u" seems to be free for this combination (but I guess, that maybe not right).

Default config already covers this. A single press of Control+Shift+J reports bars and beats, double press reports minutes and seconds. Users can choose the primary and secondary formats they want and save those as default settings, or in project templates.

You're absolutely right, but what about moving the cursor, announcements while scrubbing, etc.
I thought it could be much easier to have a shortcut to toggle this, instead of dealing with project templates, default settings etc. - that was my intention.

Gotcha. That sounds useful. Kinda goes hand in hand with the behaviour we provided for inverting scrub range.
