A Claude skill that turns a business that sounds like everyone else into one that sounds like no one else, then prices it to actually make money.
You just talk. You describe your business in plain English, like you would to a friend. The skill does the hard part: it pushes back on the generic answer, sharpens your business into an offer competitors cannot copy, checks it against your real market, stress-tests it until it is genuinely great, and hands you a plan you can start selling with.
Works for any business: home service, software, coaching, online stores, agencies, local shops, health and wellness, finance, professional services.

A quick narrated walkthrough of what Offer Architect does and how to run it in Claude or Codex: assets/how-to-use.mp4 (download and play, or view it on the repo page).
You do not have to install anything to start. Pick whatever fits how you work (full details in USAGE.md):
- One-tap start (in Claude Code). Just type
/start-offer. It auto-loads the full guided session: it tells you to turn on voice mode, answer six questions out loud, then it interviews you, pushes back like a world-class offer mentor, researches your market, and rebuilds your offer. The fastest way for a team or community to run the exact same process every time. - Attach the drop-in file. Grab
OFFER-ARCHITECT-AGENT.md, attach or paste it into any Claude or Codex chat, and say "build me an offer." Self-contained, nothing to install. This is the one to attach inside an offer-creation step or a client workflow. - Install the full skill in Claude Code. Two lines (below), then say "build me an offer" or type /offer-architect. Gives you the complete library: deep move-set, live market research, the 10/10 critic panel, and the reusable HTML page.
- Run it in Codex or any coding agent. Clone the repo and tell your agent to "read offer-architect/SKILL.md and run it."
Most businesses pitch themselves the same way. "We help you get more customers." "We save you time." "We are cheaper and better." When you sound like everyone else, buyers can only compare you on price and trust, and that is a race to the bottom you do not win.
A great offer does the opposite. It speaks to a specific fear the right buyer actually feels, it is built on something only you can honestly claim, and it is priced so the business makes real money. When your offer is one of a kind, the buyer has nothing to compare it to, and your marketing gets a lot easier.
Building that alone is hard. It takes an honest outside eye, real market homework, and a willingness to throw out your own first answer. This skill is that outside eye. It walks you through the whole thing, one small step at a time.
You have a conversation. That is it. The skill asks you simple questions about your business and you answer them out loud or in text. It handles the strategy, the research, the pricing math, and the quality checks in the background. At the end you get a finished offer, a go-to-market plan, and a polished web page for it.
It takes roughly 30 to 60 minutes if you go step by step. You can stop and pick it back up anytime.
One heads-up, and it is on purpose: the skill pushes back on your first answer. When you say something generic, it will say "that is what everyone says, let us go deeper." That can feel uncomfortable for a minute. It warns you before it does it, it caps itself so it never badgers you, and it is always on your side. The discomfort is the part that turns a bland offer into a sharp one. By the end, most people say "wow, that is actually really good."
Under the hood, the skill runs a proven 13-step process wrapped in three quality engines: it researches your real market so nothing is made up, it engineers the value and the pricing so the offer is both irresistible and profitable, and it grades its own work with a tough internal review panel before it ever shows you the result. You do not run any of that. You just answer the questions.
A note on the research: if you have a web-search tool connected to Claude, the skill goes and reads what your real competitors say, what real buyers complain about, and what things actually cost in your niche, and it cites what it finds. If you do NOT have a web tool connected, it still works, but it clearly labels those market claims a "guess" so you always know what is proven and what is assumed. It never quietly makes up numbers. Setup for the optional web tools is in
INSTALL.md.
Here is the full path, for the curious. Every diamond marked GATE is a checkpoint the skill will not skip on a weak answer. You do not need to memorize any of this.

| A typical offer tool | Offer Architect |
|---|---|
| A fill-in-the-blank form | A real conversation that refuses to let you sound generic |
| Makes up nice-sounding numbers | Reads your real market and cites it, or clearly labels a guess |
| Stops at a clever slogan | Grades the offer against a tough internal panel until it is genuinely one of a kind |
| Vague pricing tips | Builds a Good / Better / Best price ladder and proves the math hits your revenue goal |
| Leaves you with a document | Gives you a plan you can act on plus a ready-to-send web page |
The one rule the whole skill lives by: if a competitor could copy your one-liner onto their own website next week and it would still be true for them, you are not done. It keeps sharpening until that is no longer possible.
- Your offer, locked. The name, the specific problem you solve, the thing only you can claim, the pricing (three tiers), and the revenue math that proves it hits your goal.
- A go-to-market plan. How to talk about it, which channel to sell it on, the ad angle, how to handle objections, and the first three things to do this week to start selling.
- A polished web page. Mobile-friendly, self-contained, on-brand, ready to screenshot or publish. See the blank
references/html-template.htmland two fully worked examples in different niches: a funding advisory atassets/EXAMPLE-offer.htmland a wellness studio atassets/EXAMPLE-offer-2-wellness.html.
Everything is checked before you get it: no confusing dashes, no risky refund promises, no made-up numbers, no unfilled blanks, and the math is re-checked to make sure it adds up.
A small-business funding consultant starts with "we help you get business funding, we know the lenders." Generic. Every funding shop says it. The skill pushes, and together they land here:
What only they can claim: Northwind keeps its own record of which lenders declined which kinds of businesses, built from years of its own past clients. Nobody else has that record.
The one-liner: "You only get one shot at your credit profile, and applying to the wrong lenders in the wrong order quietly caps how much you can ever get. We check your profile against our own private record of who approves what, so we only apply where you will win, and you never waste your one shot."
A competitor cannot copy that, because they do not have Northwind's private record. That is the difference between a slogan and a real edge. The full example is in EXAMPLE-offer.md.
Never used a terminal before? A terminal is the text window where you type commands. Paste the two lines below and press Return. When it finishes with no red errors, you are done.
- On a Mac: open the app called Terminal (press Command and Space, type "Terminal," press Return).
- On Windows: install Git for Windows first (search "git for windows," run the installer), then open the app called "Git Bash" and paste the same two lines.
- On Linux: open your terminal. If
gitis missing, install it with your package manager (for examplesudo apt install git).
mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills
git clone https://github.com/jbrazy480/offer-architect.git ~/.claude/skills/offer-architectIf you get an error that says git is not found, install git first (on a Mac, running git once prompts you to install the developer tools; on Windows use Git for Windows above), then run the two lines again.
Now restart Claude (or open a new chat) and say "build me an offer" or type /offer-architect. That is the whole setup.
The skill works with zero add-ons. Connecting a web-search tool makes the market research live instead of a set of guesses, which makes the offer stronger. Full setup, including the optional tools and troubleshooting, is in INSTALL.md.
These are enforced automatically so you never have to think about them:
- Clean, professional writing. No stray dashes, ever. The skill checks its own output.
- No refund or money-back promises by default. Those train buyers to treat the purchase as returnable. Instead the skill uses a safer promise: we keep working until it is live, we lock every deliverable, and you watch the work happen.
- No made-up numbers. Every price, stat, and market figure comes from you or from cited research, or it is clearly labeled a guess.
- Your business, your product. The skill teaches the method and never exposes any private tooling. Every example in the skill is generic or clearly made up.
