govulncheck on Go 1.26.8 reports 13 reachable standard-library vulnerabilities:

  • net/http (HTTP/1 and HTTP/2 server and client): GO-2026-6617, 6613, 6612, 6611, 6610, 6609, 6605, 6603
  • html/template: GO-2026-6600, 6599 (reached from packages/auth/mailer_resend.go)
  • crypto/tls: GO-2026-6607
  • crypto/x509 (distrusts compromised intermediate certificates): GO-2026-6809, fixed only in 1.26.10
  • mime/multipart: GO-2026-6608

This PR moves Go from 1.26.8 to 1.26.10 everywhere it is pinned: go.mod, tools/go.mod, deploy/go.mod, tools/actionlint/go.mod, mise.toml, the three Dockerfiles (golang:1.26.10-alpine exists) and docs/BUILD-PLAN.md. It changes no code.

Not fixed (no fix exists, and our code doesn't reach it): golang.org/x/crypto GO-2026-5932 (openpgp is unmaintained). We only use argon2 and scrypt.

Verification

  • govulncheck ./... (root): 0 reachable vulnerabilities. deploy/: no vulnerabilities found.
  • make check-fast: ok (full run, because go.mod changed)

Workspaces

packages/database, packages/auth, apps/web, apps/admin, apps/backup: only the toolchain changes. apps/mobile-app: no change needed.

govulncheck on 1.26.8 found 13 reachable stdlib vulnerabilities (net/http
HTTP/1 and HTTP/2, html/template, crypto/tls, crypto/x509, mime/multipart).
Bump go.mod in all four modules, mise.toml, the three Dockerfiles and the
build plan to 1.26.10. govulncheck now reports 0 reachable vulnerabilities;
x/crypto GO-2026-5932 (openpgp, no fix) is not in the build.
