v1.7.44 - Bundling Tests Into Base Package

• Fixes RollupDateLiteralTests.runTestForLiteral fails for berlin user #778 by updating date literal implementation to better support boundary date conditions
• Fixes RollupCalculatorTests.convertsDatesProperly may fail based on org configuration (timezones) #774 by contribution of Organise tests into mdt dependent and base #773 (thanks to @nwcm for contributing this)
• Deprecates existing "Extra Code Coverage" plugin and removes references to it. Subscribers that already have this plugin installed will need to update to the latest Extra Code Coverage plugin prior to updating Apex Rollup, after which point they can simply uninstall the (now-unnecessary) Extra Code Coverage plugin
