- Deleted Xcode scheme and workspace files to clean up the project structure. - Removed AppDelegate and related files as they are no longer needed. - Cleared out image assets and Info.plist to streamline the iOS build. - Eliminated unnecessary Swift bridging header and entitlements. - Updated audio session management in Deepgram.mm for crash safety. - Added `.npmignore` to prevent example app from leaking into published package. - Introduced changelog for better tracking of changes. - Added tests for live measurements feature in useDeepgramSpeechToText hook. - Bumped version to 2.1.1 and updated postinstall script for better handling.

Clean up the project by removing unnecessary iOS files and configurations, updating TypeScript strictness, enhancing WebSocket handling, and adding a release workflow. Introduce tests for the live measurements feature and streamline the iOS build process. Bump version to 2.1.1 for better package management.
