…pling - Refactored audio session management in Deepgram.mm to ensure proper activation and deactivation based on app state. - Implemented a new downsampling mechanism in useDeepgramSpeechToText.ts and useDeepgramVoiceAgent.ts to handle varying sample rates more effectively. - Added logging throughout the Deepgram module for better debugging and monitoring of audio processing. - Cleaned up audio queue management to prevent memory leaks and ensure resources are released appropriately. - Updated package.json to ensure compatibility with the latest dependencies.
- Updated DeepgramModule.kt to remove redundant logging and improve audio handling. - Modified SpeechToText.tsx to include interim transcripts and improve live transcription updates. - Enhanced Deepgram.mm with improved logging mechanisms for better debugging. - Updated speech-to-text.ts to include a new DeepgramTranscriptEvent type for better event handling. - Refactored useDeepgramSpeechToText.ts to manage partial and final transcripts more effectively.

Refactor code structure for better readability and maintainability. Enhance Deepgram integration by updating to the latest SDK version, improving audio handling, and adding new features for transcription and error handling. Introduce an Expo config plugin for microphone permissions and update build scripts for easier setup. Fixes issue #16
