@prasad-sawantdesai as discussed yesterday (in the context of SimDB), I see no direct usage for such a feature, at least as is: once the user has this list, what she/he is going to do with it? (an IDS object cannot be created with the name only, as the name may be valid for a given DD version/IDSFactory). While IMAS-Python can work with all DD versions, work is still associated with a given DD version at a time. This function does not convey such information and is likely not enough. I'm closing this PR without merging. |

Use case --
Showing all ids names irrespective data dictionary versions where we have moved/deleted/new IDS names.
Sometimes it may be choice of the user of which data dictionary version he wanted to use.
