Updated SECURITY.md about winning entries - #1420

Some winning entries deliberately cause errors, are unsafe etc. In fact at least two entries deliberately segfault which some systems disallow on the grounds of security. These should not be fixed and it is quite possible that others that are 'unsafe' would not be wanted to be fixed by the author or anyone else, especially as sometimes even UB is abused (and trying to change it might break the code - though we might argue that any that does abuse UB is already broken :-) ).
