Phase 4 - Routing Pipeline: - RouterAgent: rule-based message routing (notify/digest/mute) - SafetyAgent: scam/spam detection with priority signals - Orchestrator: coordinates agents to process all messages Phase 5 - Decision Refinement: - Priority overrides: scam→mute, emergency→notify, OTP→notify - Direct mention detection triggers notify in groups - Combined confidence scoring (safety + context + media) - Short, explainable reason strings Output: 110 messages (50 notify, 33 digest, 27 mute) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
