When archiving a family, cascade the archiving to its students and to relatives that are not linked to other active families/students, along with their portal users (internal users are kept active). action_unarchive reverses the cascade. In academic_sale_subscription, override action_archive to warn about students with pending debt through a confirmation wizard before archiving.
