Made a new post round central command map!
Im not sure how to set it up fully as it seems to work differently from a typical station but the map is done and should just need setting to spawn!

Why / Balance

Post round noncannon toy city that shows off some fun imp specific and unused items and shoutouts our admaints!

Technical details

CC specific items are all in the same yaml rn with most removed from the spawn menu.

currently using cvars to make cc spawn in lobby prevents the round from starting and like.... breaks commands
