Motivation

Keep mise, JavaScript, and Python dependencies on the newest releases allowed by the configured age windows.

Description

just upgrade --yes ran non-interactively on upgrade/2026-11-04.

• web/package.json engines and locks bumped Node to 26.12.1 and pnpm to 11.28.7.
• .github/actions/common-setup/action.yml: jdx/mise-action updated to 2d8d4cafcbd33be2ea37d2b6f5ad595363d1f1ca (# v5.1.1). Restored two-space indentation for yamllint compliance.
• Minor bumps reviewed with no call-site changes required: lucide-react (1.67.0), posthog-js (1.445.0), @vitejs/plugin-react (6.2.1), vitest / @vitest/coverage-v8 (5.1.0), datamodel-code-generator (0.89.0), generate-fastapi-typed-routes (0.5.0), httpdbg (2.4.0), kombu (5.7.0), marshmallow (4.4.0), mypy-extensions (1.2.0), posthog (7.83.1).
• llm-ide-rules download and llm-ide-rules ignores all left instructions.md, commands.md, and .gitignore with no diff.

No call sites required changes for this upgrade.

• Backend: 173 passed, 1 skipped, 2 Playwright integration tests passed.
