The code of 0.6.0, which was tagged but never published: its release
workflow could not resolve `sigstore/cosign-installer@v4`, so there is no
`v0.6.0` image or GitHub release. Upgrading from 0.5.x, read the 0.6.0 notes
below, **Upgrading** first.

### Fixed
- The CI and release workflows asked for `sigstore/cosign-installer@v4`, a
tag that action does not publish (it tags full versions only), so the
`v0.6.0` tag's image, signatures and GitHub release were never published.
They pin `v4.1.2`.

Tagged but not published; 0.6.1 carries the same code.
