Implementation has started with milestone M0 (foundations). The plan is tracked in GitHub Project 6 (ClipraPlan); see docs/plan/ROADMAP.md.
With JDK 17 and the Android SDK (platform 37) installed, ./gradlew assembleDebug builds the app for Android 10 and later. CLAUDE.md has the test commands.
CI runs on every pull request and every push to main: the Kotlin style check (ktlint), the debug build, the unit tests and Android lint. Each run attaches the debug APK as app-debug.apk, and the test and lint reports when something fails.
Recommended protection for main (Settings, Rules, Rulesets, applied to the default branch):
- Require a pull request before merging. Keep the required approvals at 0 while one person maintains the repo, since GitHub doesn't let you approve your own pull request.
- Require the
Build and teststatus check to pass, with the branch up to date withmain. - Block force pushes and deletion.
- Design: every screen, flows, tokens and the design system
- Product spec
- Monetization
- Architecture
- Roadmap
