New data files are STILL being created in the old template/format:
The data files should be structured like this: https://github.com/ibm-mas/python-devops/blob/stable/src/mas/devops/data/catalogs/v9-260313-amd64.yaml ... it's been many months since I cleaned up redundant data and restructured all the files to be easier to read - we should not still be creating them in the old way
