Fresh CI clones have no dist/ for @coderkeys/engine and @coderkeys/schemas, causing tsc in apps/web to fail. Build packages first and add tsconfig paths as fallback for local development without a prior build. Co-authored-by: Iago Mendes <iagommendes@gmail.com>
