feat(omnipartners): extend secure code list/count types for Clixray filters

Summary

• Extend listSecureCodesByReferralPartner types with search_filter, date_start, date_end, and typed status values (ALL, CONFIRMED, etc.).
• Add creation_date to list items and allow expiry_date to be null.
• Extend getSecureCodeCount with date filters (date_start, date_end, date_filter_on) and widened status union.
• Update @filterInput whitelists and errorMap 3129 messages for both methods.
• Update hash tests for the new request fields.

Validated against deals.clixray.io (partner 531560, deal CODES_ODR_PRO_BREEDER_30_):

• List returns creation_date (not ts_created).
• Count date filtering uses date_filter_on (CREATION / UPDATE); date_type returns error 3156 when combined with dates.

Test plan

• yarn workspace omnipartners test
• yarn workspace omnipartners build
• Manual prod smoke test: list with status=ALL + search_filter + dates; count with date_filter_on
