Two small ones before the runner label moves under us.
.github/workflows/ci.yml runs four jobs on ubuntu-latest (lines 48, 111, 139, 169). GitHub moves that label to Ubuntu 26 from 2026-10-19, and CI already warns about it. Pin a version, or accept the move and say so in the workflow..worktrees/ is not in .gitignore. Anyone using worktrees here sees them as untracked, and one git add -A commits a whole second checkout.
Done when CI stops warning about the runner move and .worktrees/ is ignored.
