• Merge dev into a temporary branch based on main; no direct commits to protected main.
• Bring PR CI: expose stable required status checks #48’s stable required check names, unconditional PR checks, merge-queue support, container aggregate check, documentation, and Changeset into main.
• Preserve all current main changes.

• git diff --check origin/main...HEAD passed.
• Diff contains only CI configuration, README, and its existing Changeset; application code is unchanged.
• actionlint is unavailable locally; GitHub CI must validate the merged workflows.

Replaces the direction of sync PR #56. PR #55 is left open. Human review and merge are required.
