Updates every link from hypercerts.org to docs.hypercerts.org so they match the rebuilt documentation in hypercerts-org/documentation#164.

Merge this after documentation#164 is live. /guide and /changes do not exist on the current docs site.

Changes

  • "Start the Guide" buttons (For builders, Get involved): /getting-started/building-on-hypercerts → /guide.
  • "What the Guide covers": the three topics now match the Guide's structure: Start here, The shared language, Building on shared records.
  • About page: "We publish our roadmap" → "We publish our release notes", linking to /changes. The roadmap page is removed from the docs because it was outdated.
  • llms.txt: the developer guide link now points to the Guide, with a second link to Client integration.
  • lib/data/tools.ts: the Hyperindex entry no longer links to the retired docs page. This data is not currently rendered anywhere.
  • docs/landing-page-implementation.md: same link update.

Links to the docs root (https://docs.hypercerts.org) in the navigation, footer, contact page, and the /docs redirect are unchanged.

Not changed

The September 1 community call banner is still in the header and has expired.

Checks

pnpm lint and tsc --noEmit pass.

Point the Guide buttons and llms.txt at the new Guide, align the
'What the Guide covers' block with its current structure, replace the
removed roadmap link with release notes, and stop linking to the
retired Hyperindex page.
