Collapsible parts for project instructions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would love to be able to add collapsible parts into project instructions so the user can hide parts of the instructions which would make them shorter and easier to read.

Additional context
I experimented a bit with this on project #46206. Before TM update v5.5.2 it was working with this syntax (which is not working anymore):

Similar with coloured text, not sure if I should create a new ticket for this. Before the v5.5.2 update I was able to add coloured text into project instructions which was helpful because often even experienced mappers doesn't read project instructions and this way I was able to catch their attention. For example I created multiple projects with the same instructions and the only difference was offset. So I put it in different colour and some mappers got back to me with positive feedback that they would honestly ignore the instructions otherwise.
