[BUG] Wrong default imagery in iD editor

Describe the bug
During mapathon some iD editor users reported that the imagery changed for them. I just tried it myself and looks like iD editor first load Bing imagery and then automatically switch to the one that is set by the project. It doesn't happen always, when I try to lock the same task now it correctly load immediately the proper imagery but to my colleague it happened at least twice on the same project.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to project 50430
2. Lock a task for mapping with iD editor
3. See that it loads Bing imagery even tho it is set to map with Esri in the project

I don't have enough informations but looks like after you click it switch to the correct imagery

Expected behavior
Load the correct imagery according to project by default.

I am not sure if it get fixed by clicking anywhere or only on the right panel. But even if it get switched once the mapper starts mapping it is still very confusing

Looks like this issue is more sever on project with custom imagery used. In that case Bing imagery will stay to be selected, doesn't change after user click anywhere and even when selecting custom imagery layer the imagery doesn't show even tho the URL got loaded properly from TM project .
@ramyaragupathy until this will get fixed most likely we will not suggest to use iD editor to map on projects with custom imagery or have to do some additional steps in project instructions. I think there might be some custom imagery projects with high priority coming against the current Ebola outbreak. Would be great to get this fixed asap

(so the solution is to refresh page in that case and then it loads correctly and works as intended)
