Explore projects page doesn't show archived projects

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://tasks.hotosm.org/explore
2. Filter projects by project status - archived or go to https://tasks.hotosm.org/explore?status=ARCHIVED
3. See the error - no projects

Expected behavior
Be able to see archived projects

Hi @Patrik-Br , the archived projects are showing up for me. Is it possible that you have some other filter turned on too? But url doesn't show any extra filters. I'm a bit confused. Is it for your user?

Hello @prabinoid okay this is strange :D Yes the issue was for me. I don't understand why. I just tried again, I clicked on the link I put in the request and no projects were showing for me. After reading your message to make sure I have no other filters turned on I clicked on Clear filters and it is working no, I can see archived projects...

ooohhh I found it, I had toggled on "projects to map". I apologise I haven't noticed. I thought that all of the filters would show up in the URL. Thank you for such a quick response!

mmm but it does show in the URL.... How was I able to copy it before into the ticket, must be a different filter

okay now I found it :D

1. Toggle on filter projects to map (I had it already there from days before I guess)
2. search project by a campaign, for example Aweil
3. filter projects for archived
4. go to explore projects page again by clicking on it from the menu
5. You have "https://tasks.hotosm.org/explore?status=ARCHIVED" URL and see no projects because you have turned on filter for projects to map but it doesn't show in the URL

Or just do

1. on Explore projects filter for "Projects to map" and get URL https://tasks.hotosm.org/explore?action=map
2. Click on Explore projects from menu
3. you still have fitler "Projects to map" but with the URL https://tasks.hotosm.org/explore
