Allow URL pattern to be updated

Problem/Motivation

When applying updates from the DST is not possible to update any entities URL alias pattern. Currently the process just check if is already a pattern set for that bundle and skips if true.

Proposed solution

Check whereas the URL alias pattern has changed for the bundle and update it if so.

• Refactor current logic
• Write some tests if possible
