Summary

• Add the missing Minecraft Forge 26.3 scroll directory and generated files.
• Register Forge 26.3 in the Forge artifact and JDK metadata.

Upstream checks

• Minecraft Vanilla latest release: 26.3 (Mojang version manifest)
• Paper latest supported version: 26.3 (Paper Fill API)
• Spigot latest version metadata: 26.3 (Spigot versions API)
• Forge latest release: 26.3-66.0.2 (Forge Maven metadata)

Vanilla, PaperMC, and Spigot already include 26.3 on master; Forge was missing it.

Validation

• Parsed new scroll YAML and Forge JSON metadata successfully.
• bash -n passed for the generated shell scripts.
• go run generate-scrolls.go ./scrolls/minecraft/forge could not be run because Go is not installed in the environment.
• Existing generated files retain two pre-existing trailing-whitespace instances; no functional changes were made to them.
