Add Search with Jev and Milvus notebooks

Add one cookbook entry under Demos and playgrounds. The site link points directly to the nine-notebook directory inside Milvus Bootcamp rather than its repository root.

The notebooks combine Gemini Embedding 2, Milvus retrieval, and real Jev calls; they document setup and provider credentials and contain executed synthetic examples.
