Changes

• Index .env.example and service.env.example templates while continuing to exclude .env.
• Detect actual test files/directories rather than treating source filenames like testimonials.py as test coverage.
• Rank only source text that will be emitted to the model (first 4,000 characters), preventing hidden matches from displacing relevant files.
• Avoid returning unrelated README/app content for questions with no matching tokens.

Validation

• 115/115 backend unittest cases passed on isolated Linux runner, including four added targeted regression tests.
• No network credentials or production deployment involved.
