Some changes to pcb

1. C1, C2 - too small(1206 100 uF has max voltage 6.3V). Maybe better to use tantalum caps?
2. Add 12V power output for mass production ultrasonic sensors
3. Remove SR-04 connector(trig, echo...)
4. Add thermistor input
5. UART connector should have 12V and 5V outputs also.
