On football sportblogs we have two different buttons for receiving live updates. The first is in the match header, and subscribes the user to a live activity or notifications about the match data: goals, red cards etc. The second is in the meta section, and subscribes the user to notifications about the liveblog itself, e.g. new blocks being published. This change involves some alterations to the copy to make it clearer what these two buttons are for and how they're different. It also refactors the stories for the match header notifications to more clearly capture the different possible states. **Note:** The copy change to the liveblog notifications button affects all liveblogs, not just sportblogs.

Live Activities
If live activities are supported, which means iOS-only and roughly when the match is happening.
Notifications
If live activities aren't supported, but notifications are. This is all the time on Android, and on iOS if the live activity hasn't been created yet (i.e. we're a long way before the match).
Unavailable
This is unchanged, and remains the same as documented in #16046.
