skool-map-scraper is a simple tool to collect member profiles and location data from Skool communities. It works with large groups, even those over 200,000 members. You can get GPS coordinates, names, bios, social links, and membership levels. This helps with organizing events, outreach, or research.
You don’t need programming skills to use it. Just download and run the program on a Windows computer.

Follow these steps once the download finishes:
- If you downloaded a
.zipfile, right-click it and choose “Extract All.”
This creates a folder with the program files. - Open the folder and find the
.exefile (it will have the program name). - Double-click the
.exefile to start the installation. - Follow the installation prompts. You can accept default settings.
- The installer will place the program in your Program Files folder.
- After installation, the program will create a shortcut on your desktop or Start menu.

If you do not have this information, check with the community admin. - Click “Start” to begin scraping member data.
- The tool will collect GPS coordinates, names, bios, social links, and member points.
- When the process ends, you can export the data as a CSV or JSON file.
After scraping completes, the software offers options to save the data:
- Save as CSV for use in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Save as JSON for integration with other software or custom projects.
Choose the format you need and select a save location on your computer.
This output helps you analyze member distribution, contact social links, or plan events based on locations.
- Make sure your internet connection is stable during scraping.
- Use the latest version of the software from the release page.
- If scraping large communities, the process may take several minutes.
- Close other high-CPU programs for smoother operation.
- Avoid running multiple instances of skool-map-scraper at once.
- Check for updates regularly on the releases page.
- The program won’t start:
Confirm you have run the installer fully. Restart your computer if needed. - Security warnings block the program:
Use the “Run anyway” option after clicking “More info.” - Scraping returns no data:
Double-check the community map URL or API key.
Contact the community admin if unsure. - The program crashes during use:
Update Windows and your graphics drivers.
Try running the tool as Administrator. - Exported file is empty or incomplete:
Make sure scraping reached 100% before exporting.
Retry if the connection dropped.
