• 4136e16: Expose classes for the reply list and its items.

  CommentClasses gains repliesList (the <ol data-replies-list>, e.g. for a
  border) and replyItem (each <li>, including the load-more item). Both are
  forwarded through <Comments :comment-classes> and to nested replies.
