It re-uses the syntax highlighting/language configuration but also provides a LSP server for diagnostics and navigation.

Thanks for the link. The LSP server looks useful, but you seem to have claimed copyright and changed the license on the files which you copied from this repository, so I've filed an issue to fix that.

Sorry for the copyright issue, it should now be fixed.
Thanks also for the other bug reports, most of them are mentioned in the README of the parser project (https://github.com/bwalter/rust-aidl-parser) and will be worked on.
