Quick Start

1. Clone this repo
2. Copy .env.example to .env.local and fill in your keys
3. pnpm install
4. pnpm dev

Building with Claude Code

This project is designed to be built with Claude Code in 5 phases. Each phase has a detailed plan in docs/phase-plans/.

To start:
