Summary

• Add a standalone, read-only final report job; leave all four existing translation jobs unchanged.
• Report product, repository, workflow run ID/attempt/link, trigger and coarse outcome only. No artifacts, document content, tokens, timing or per-language metrics.
• Inject AI_AGENT_STATS_URL through a repository Actions variable and AI_AGENT_STATS_TOKEN through a repository secret; do not hardcode the service address in documentation.
• Disable reporting when the URL is unset. Use one HTTP request with a five-second timeout; reporting errors only warn and cannot fail translation.

Validation

• Eight Python unit tests passed, covering outcomes, attempt-scoped identity, accepted/duplicate responses, disabled reporting, invalid inputs, HTTP/network errors and redirect prevention.
• YAML parsing and structural comparison confirmed all four existing jobs remain unchanged.
• Python 3.10 syntax compatibility and staged whitespace checks passed.
• No production stats requests were sent.

Rollout

Configure the repository-level Actions variable AI_AGENT_STATS_URL and secret AI_AGENT_STATS_TOKEN after merge. Cancellation reporting remains best-effort; workflow-attempt counts are not fresh Codex invocation counts.
