The CPU memory seems to increase every iteration. Which indicates that the masks are not removed fully or some other object. This leads to a high amount of CPU memory being used. In the paper I am not seeing an analysis of the CPU memory used. Do you remember how much CPU memory you used. Or how you fixed the memory increasing on CPU every iteration. Because the RAM requirements are now very high for me.
