feat(remix): Serve the managed tunnel from the Remix 3 router middleware

Remix 3 apps had no way to serve tunnel: true, fixed by answering tunnel requests in the Sentry router middleware, which already runs before route matching and the app's own middleware.

The e2e tunnel variant checks the tunnel answers while an auth middleware rejects every other POST.
