Mismatched React Router major versions

Medium Severity

@react-router/dev and @react-router/node jump to ^8.4.0 while react-router stays on ^7.18.0 and react stays on ^18.3.1. React Router v8 packages are version-locked to react-router@8 and require React 19.2.7+, so this mix is an unsupported install that can fail peer resolution and typechecking. The SDK already types against these packages (Config from @react-router/dev/config, createReadableStreamFromReadable from @react-router/node).
