fix(server-utils): Read pi-durable 1.2.0 tool results from output - #25312

pi-durable 1.2.0 renamed the tool result field `content` to `output`. A tool call outside a tool task phase, such as a tool that calls another tool, now records the result from `output` and falls back to `content` for older versions. The integration scenarios return `output` and install `^1.2.0`. The e2e apps run on the pinned 1.0.0 and on the latest version, so their tools set both fields. This fixes the pi-durable tests for pi-durable 1.2.0, and makes the SDK read tool results from the new
outputfield. On 1.2.0, a tool call outside a tool task phase (for example, a tool that calls another tool) lost its result.Why
pi-durable 1.2.0 (released 2026-10-12) renamed the tool result field
contenttooutput. The test tools still return{ content }, so since that release all pi-durable integration tests and both(latest)e2e variants fail ondevelop.Test decisions
The integration suite now installs
^1.2.0and its tools returnoutput. The e2e apps keep the 1.0.0 pin and the latest variant, so their tools set both fields. The alternative is to set both fields in the integration scenarios too and keep^1.0.0.Known issues
api.executeTool()of pi-durable 1.2.0 are not tested yet.
