📜 Description

Removes the leftover Python/devenv setup: devenv/ (config.ini, sync.py), pyproject.toml, uv.lock, .python-version, .envrc, and the rm -rf .venv line in make clean.

💡 Motivation and Context

This setup only installed uv and created an empty .venv. pyproject.toml declares no dependencies and uv.lock holds only the placeholder javasdk project, so nothing in the build, CI, or scripts uses it. .envrc only ran devenv sync and put that venv on PATH.

The one Python script left, scripts/parse-macrobenchmark-log.py, imports only the standard library and runs in CI with the system python3, so it stays as it is.

💚 How did you test it?

Searched the repo for references to the removed files, .venv, uv, and devenv and found none. No Gradle or Java/Kotlin sources changed.

📝 Checklist

  • No new PII added or SDK only sends newly added PII if sendDefaultPII is enabled.
  • No breaking change or entry added to the changelog.
  • No breaking change for hybrid SDKs or communicated to hybrid SDKs.

🔮 Next steps

Anyone using direnv can delete their local .venv after this lands.
