📜 Description

Adds compileJavaBoot<oldest> to each of the six Spring modules. It compiles the main Java sources against a compile classpath resolved for the oldest version of the line (2.7.0, 3.2.12 or 4.0.0), with compileJava's compiler, release level and annotation processors. The oldest version's aggregate depends on it, so the matrix workflows run it.

💡 Motivation and Context

Part of JAVA-802 (#6379). Since the previous PR, the SDK only compiles against the catalog's Spring Boot version. The catalog edit used to check, as a side effect, that it also compiles against the oldest version of each line. Without this task, an unguarded call to a newer API would only fail if a suite happened to run that code path.

💚 How did you test it?

• All six compile.
• I temporarily added a call to Spring Boot 3.4's ClientHttpRequestFactoryBuilder to sentry-spring-boot-jakarta. compileJavaBoot3_2_12 failed and compileJava passed.
