Adds the project naming convention from getsentry/sentry#127426 to the shared new-project.md reference so all agent-driven project creation — not just Sentry UI-triggered sessions — names projects after their repository and falls back to the platform name when Sentry rejects it.

Add a naming bullet to the shared new-project.md reference so every agent-driven project creation uses the same convention as the Sentry UI: name the project after its repository in lowercase with hyphens, falling back to the platform name when Sentry rejects the name as reserved.

The same rule is already baked into the Sentry frontend (getScmDefaultProjectName in getsentry/sentry#127426) and the onboarding agent prompt (getsentry/sentry#127429). Adding it here makes it apply to all agent-initiated setup, including direct skill invocations that never go through the onboarding UI.
