## Removed OpenTelemetry APIs

Version 9 removes these deprecated OpenTelemetry integration classes:

- `SentrySpanProcessor`
- `SentryPropagator`
- `OpenTelemetryLinkErrorEventProcessor`
- `Instrumenter`, including its `SentryOptions` option, `SpanContext` property, and `startChild` overloads
- `SentrySpanStorage` (internal)
- `TraceData` (internal)
