• CHANGELOG: move [Unreleased] to a dated 1.1.0 heading, restore an empty [Unreleased] section above it for the next round of work.
• WRKTR_VERSION bumped to 1.1.0.
• Man page header updated to wrktr 1.1.0, September 28, 2026.

Simulated the release workflow's tag/version/changelog check locally and previewed the extracted release notes; both match. 160 tests pass on macOS bash 5.3 and 3.2 and an Ubuntu 24.04 container, shellcheck and mandoc are clean.
