point bare repo HEAD at main, restore session on failed use - #12

- wrktr_init: point the bare repo's HEAD at the chosen main branch instead of an unborn master, and reject an invalid branch name before creating anything. - wrktr_use: restore the previously loaded session if loading another one fails validation. - CI: bump actions/checkout to v7.0.1 (Node 24), pinned by SHA. - Tests: cover the real wrktr_remove path and its prompts through a pty, and set a git identity in the test setup so tests do not depend on the machine's config.
