Teams renamed the IndexedDB store replychains to replychains-2, so tools ms-teams sync read no messages. The ingest and the native IndexedDB dump now read either store.

• 1396120 fix(tools): tools ms-teams sync reads messages again, since Teams renamed the replychains store to replychains-2; the dump takes either name and warns about a store it cannot find instead of ingesting 0 in silence

Gates on this branch (clean worktree, 2026-10-25): bun scripts/git/check-commits.ts, root tsc --noEmit, biome on the changed files, the related tests, and scripts/ci/placeholder-check.sh. Tests: src/ms-teams/lib/decode.test.ts 7 pass.
