The face request then runs on every frame, as the face is all that judges. - PostureShoulderGate: a shoulder fault from the throttled 3D request turns bad only when two fresh 3D readings in a row are bad on their own. Until then its signal is held (neither bad nor clear) and the engine reads the shoulders again on the next frame (readShouldersOnNextFrame). - The debug log lists held signals and the mismatch.
