Replaces the sources with the Gemini dollar V1.1 contracts deployed to Ethereum mainnet in October 2026: ERC20Impl V1.1 (0x483A1E7F16F46266400f1bAF7abdF445c8D140A2), PrintLimiter V1.1 (0x342c1B88c2108f159a4Ef37e322B4170b18C42f6) and InitializerV1dot1 (0x9De27967a2aD2D4bF0cD51C7c112a69D79f0b6bF), plus the sources they compile against. The files are byte-identical to the Etherscan-verified sources (solc 0.8.30, shanghai, 100,000 optimizer runs). The ERC20Proxy and ERC20Store deployed in 2018 are unchanged; their deployed source, along with the rest of the 2018 code, is in the first commit. Co-authored-by: Daniel James <dan@gemini.com>

Adds the Gemini dollar V1.1 sources as a second commit on top of the original 2018 commit.
What changes
