Bump gas/gas-config/testcontainers-go/valkey-go dependencies, drop the unneeded exclude block and GH_PAT-based private module config now that the module is public, migrate CI to actions/checkout@v7 and action-gh-release@v3, bump golangci-lint to v2.11.0, register the repo with Context7, and add the CHANGELOG entry for the first open source release.
